20 Gift Ideas for the Designer on your list

NETtuts has a new post on some great gift ideas for that hard to shop for Designer on your Christmas List this year, including Design-related Books, a .NET Magazine Subscription, and some cool toys like an Apple iPod Touch or an Xbox 360 (you can catch the original article here).

  • Learning jQuery – Simplify your life with this amazing Javascript framework book to get you started.
  • Apple MacBook Pro – Who wouldn’t want one of these gorgeous (and powerful) laptops from Apple?
  • Apple iPod Touch – I love my Ipod Touch, it keeps me organized, it looks great, and the apps are amazing.
  • The Big Bang Theory – Started watching this show not too long ago, and I’m hooked.

    I have an iPod touch and have found it to be very useful an practical at the same time. It is basically like an iPhone/mini personal computer.

    I love my iPod Touch! It really comes in handy when I’m away from my computer, and it’s a great personal organizer (email, calendar, notes, time tracking, and unlimited possibilities with the App Store).
