Just working hard for one day at something is never going to get you anywhere. You need determination to carry you through the difficult process and to keep going through weeks and months and eventually years. Motivation is also key during this time frame. It is what will keep you going. Find ideas and songs that motivate you, or whatever works to keep you going. Remember to set short term goals and to keep your eye on the prize ;) Consistency is key in accomplishing anything in life.
